Overview

myPRP is an online platform for viewing and sharing your images and reports.

A link to setup your account will be sent 24 hours after your first scan.
Images are available after your scan, once your report is verified by a PRP doctor.
Depending on the urgency or type of examination — results may be ready on the same day, or can take a few days. Images are available in the myPRP app once your report is sent to your referring doctor. This can be anywhere from next day up to 7 days depending on the urgency or type of examination.
When you book your appointment, a PRP team member can give you an estimated timeframe, and this will be confirmed in person on the day of your visit.
Reports will generally be available in the myPRP app 7 days after the images are made available. Please see your referring doctor before viewing the report online, they will have the report already.
For first-time app users, it may take up to one hour after activating your myPRP account for images to appear.
